THE “HOW-TO”
OF SHRIMP

The easiest way is to start at the bottom. Using your fingers, carefully pull off the shell where their legs are attached. Tip: leave the tail on for your appetizer recipes, this will act as a handle for eating your shrimp!
Once your shrimp is peeled and using a knife, make a shallow cut down the middle of the back to expose the black vein. Lift it out with the point of your knife and wipe it off on a paper towel. You can also rinse it out under cold running water. Done!
Shrimp is very easy to cook! Just remember: don´t turn your attention away! Once you see that they start to turn pink and curl up into a C-shape, they are done!
